“My body has decreed that I shall nap, and nothing will stand in my way.”

Disclamer, the following post is based on my opinion and experience.
Your phone does not want you to sleep
In this modern age, people struggle to get enough quality sleep. The use of smartphones (doom scrolling), tablets, and computers, especially before bedtime, can interfere with our natural sleep patterns. Additionally, the demands of work and social life often lead to irregular sleep schedules.
An environment to facilitate sleep
Many individuals, including myself, turn to sleep-tracking apps and devices to monitor and improve their sleep quality. These tools provide valuable insights into our sleep patterns, helping us identify areas for improvement. There is also a growing awareness of the importance of creating a sleep-conducive environment, such as maintaining a comfortable room temperature and humidity, reducing noise and light, and investing in a supportive mattress and pillows. I have also found aroma therapy to be greatly efficient in setting the space for optimal sleep.
Awareness and improvement
Recognizing the importance of awareness in sleep improvement, I have become obsessed with enhancing my sleep quality. This realization is the first step towards change, and it has spurred me to explore various strategies and techniques to optimize my sleep.
Journey to sleep
Furthermore, the impact of poor sleep on overall health has gained attention, leading to increased efforts to educate people about the significance of good sleep habits. As a result, there is a growing movement to prioritize and optimize sleep in this modern age. Join me in this journey as I uncover the mysteries of sleep improvement.
